Meet our customer Megan Krebs, from Medina, Ohio, who has been practicing yoga since 2002. She began utilizing her yoga practice 4 years ago as supplemental treatment to trauma therapy and is now very passionate about sharing the gift of yoga with others. She recently completed a 200 hour power vinyasa yoga teacher training course at Yoga Bliss in Akron, Ohio and is now a certified yoga instructor.
Megan will be teaching yoga this summer at several locations. The first location is Crown Point Ecology Center. She will be teaching classes there every other Saturday starting June 3 from 9:00-10:00 AM. Classes will be held outside in the beautiful fields pictured below and when it rains - barn yoga! Megan will also be co-teaching classes with fellow yogi Carrie Esker at Mugrage Park in Medina on Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30 PM and at River Styx Park in Wadsworth on Wednesdays from 9:00-10:00 AM. Megan is proud to be instructing the Highland High School Varsity Football team this summer as well.
As a yoga teacher, Megan's intention is to create a peaceful environment with uplifting music and messages, utilizing meditation techniques, breath work and asana flows which may allow students to access a place of peace and comfort.
